The Design

The Roy has a beautiful contemporary style, exquisite amenities and unrivaled views across Halifax. Designed by IBI Group, the facade treatment of the tower is handled in two distinct ways. The east and south elevations are treated with undulating articulated aluminum curtain wall and the north and west elevations will be brick-clad with a fenestration pattern, like the neighboring Johnston Building.
