The Old Meatpacking District – New York City

The redevelopment project of Gansevoort Row at 60 – 74 Gansevoort Street has come to life. The scaffold has been removed on this project by Aurora Capital Associate and William Gottlieb Real Estate,  revealing APA’s new high-performance, thermally enhanced ST70 HI window system. The durability and weather performance of our ST70 HI windows make them the perfect choice for this development.

The design by BKSK Architects reintroduces the historic style of the meatpacking district with a luxurious modern twist. Gansevoort Row is situated near the High Line – a 1.45-mile-long elevated linear park, greenway and rail trail created on a former New York Central Railroad. Match Group, the people behind dating apps, Tinder, Plenty of Fish and Hinge have just agreed to lease out 45,000 sq. ft office space on the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of this new development.
