Brand New Nursing Home at the foot of The dublin mountains
A brand new state of the art nursing home is currently being developed in Stepaside, at the foot of the Dublin Mountains.
Purcell Construction have begun working on this €25 million care facility for Aedifica, the first of two planned nursing homes in Dublin, of which they have invested a total of €48 million.
Designed by Reddy Architecture & Urbanism, Stepaside Nursing Home will be feature 124 bedrooms and an on-site café. This multi-level development will be built over two and five storeys and will be a peaceful haven for all of its residents.
Window & Rooflights Ltd have won the contract for fenestration and will be installing APA’s ST70 Hi windows and doors to each of the 124 bedrooms and common areas of this development.
The CGI images are courtesy of 3D Design Bureau. They worked closely with the development team to produce architectural CGIs, verified view montages and a BRE Daylight and Sunlight Analysis.
