ST70 Hi Rebate Door System
Our thermally enhanced ST70 Hi rebate door system is a treble chambered polyamide assembled system. Designed with insulating foam cores it produces Uw Whole door values as low as 1.4 W/m²K. This thermally efficient door system can be easily integrated with any of our ST window systems.
Opening Possibilities
This door system is available with multiple threshold options and a variety of styles. It can be manufactured as a single door or double door with open-in and open-out options. Integrated fanlights and sidelights are also available.
Glazing Opportunities
The ST70 Hi door has the option of installing double or triple glazed units. It has a glazing variance of 28mm to 42mm, offering excellent thermal and acoustic performances.
Durability
Aluminium by its nature is an extremely durable material. Adding our cast aluminium corner cleats and in-situ chevrons to this door, make it the perfect solution for the most demanding developments. It is tested to the highest British and European standards and comes with a maintenance-free life span of up to 30 years.
Sustainable
The ST70 Hi door is manufactured from recycled aluminium. The majority of the components and materials used in our fenestration systems have been designed and selected for their end of life recycling. Recycled aluminium saves up to 95% of the energy during the extrusion process in comparison to primary billet aluminium.
Security
Our ST70 Hi rebate door comes with a multi-point locking system as standard. Assa Abloy locks can also be integrated for added security or mechanical entrances. It is certified to the Pas 24 standard.
Finish
As with all our systems, the ST70 Hi door can be fabricated in our facility or delivered in stock lengths to meet the requirements of our customers. It’s available in single or dual colour to the Qualicoat Powder Coat standards.
