ST90 Rebate Door System
Design
Our ST90 rebate door system is the most thermally enhanced in our rebate door range. As with our ST90 window system, it has been specifically designed to meet the ever-increasing thermal performances required by architects, design teams and their clients.
Manufactured using thermally conductive insulating foam cores, eco-friendly polyamides and gaskets, the ST90 rebate door comes with a Uw Whole door value of 1.1W/m² K.
The ST90 door is fully integrated and designed to complement our ST90 window, removing the need for couplers or other such sections. It is available as a single door or double door with open-in and open-out options. Integrated fanlights and sidelights are also available with this door system.
Glazing Opportunities
With a glazing variance of 38-62mm, double or triple-glazed units can be incorporated for the ultimate thermal and acoustic performance.
Durability
Most of the components and materials used in our fenestration systems have been designed and selected for their durability and end of life recycling. The ST90 rebate door system has a maintenance-free life span of up to 30 years. It is the perfect choice for the most demanding and desirable commercial, institutional and residential developments.
Sustainable
The ST90 door is manufactured from recycled aluminium. Recycled aluminium saves up to 95% of the energy during the extrusion process in comparison to primary billet aluminium. It’s an excellent sustainable solution for architects and designers.
Security
Our ST90 door is certified to Pas 24 standards. It comes with a multi-point locking system as standard. Assa Abloy locks can also be integrated for added security or mechanical entrances.
Finish
As with all our systems, the ST90 door can be fabricated in our facility or delivered in stock lengths to meet the requirements of our customers. It’s available in single or dual colour to the Qualicoat Powder Coat standards.
