ST60 Rebate Door System
The ST60 Rebate Door is fully integrated and designed to complement our ST60 window removing the need for couplers or other such sections.
The technology is so versatile allowing for many specifications and styles – including open-in and open-out doors, while integrated fanlights and sidelights can also be included in the design. It has a thermally efficient polyamide core and it maintains an identical sight line throughout so aesthetic appearance is never an issue.
All multipoint locking mechanisms are front-loaded to enhance the thermal efficiency of the ST60 door, allowing for a continuous 8mm rebate. Identical cleats, gaskets, and locking mechanisms are used reducing the need for large stock holding and waste. Punched and nailed corners increase the speed of production thereby reducing unit cost. They are also fitted with a fully weathered dedicated meeting style for double doors.
