Carriglea apartment development will feature 358 apartments ranging in height from 4 to 7 storeys. Inclusive of 76 one-bedroom (576sq ft), 219 two-bedroom (915sq ft), and 63 three-bed homes (1,140sq ft). It will also include four commercial and community buildings, a creche, gym and residents lounge. These properties will be spread across 10 blocks.
Following changes in the building regulations by Dublin City Council, permission was sought for higher density apartments in Bluebell. If the submission is successful, the overall capacity of Carriglea apartments could increase to 371.
