Warehouse 665, Greenogue
Warehouse 665 is located at the junction of the Newcastle Road and College Road in Rathcoole, Greenogue, Co. Dublin.
This building consists of 9,219 m2 (99,233 sqft) warehouse area, 865 m2 (9,311 sqft) high specification integrated offices over three floors and 188 m2 (2,024 sqft) staff facilities.
The architectural design included a modern external appearance, achieved by providing a circular facade shape featuring our TB50 curtain wall system.
Our concealed frame vents were seamlessly integrated on the external curved facade, ensuring there was ventilation on the internal office environment. In addition to this, vertical glazing panels, also utilizing our TB50 curtain wall system were added to the warehouse elevation, increasing natural light within the factory.
All our systems were installed to the highest standards by Senator Commercial. Castlebrowne were the main contractor on this project for Exeter Properties Ireland Ltd.
