Rushden Lakes Phase 2

APA confirmed for phase 2 of Rushden Lakes.

APA Facade systems are delighted to announce that following the successful delivery of phase one of this prestigious retail and leisure destination, we have been contracted through Speedclad to supply our TB50 facade system for Rushden Lakes phase 2.

This phase will feature a 14-screen multiplex cinema and a host of additional high-quality restaurants. It will also feature a further range of exciting leisure activities, an additional 40,000 sq ft of retail space, a garden terrace and additional car parking.

Managed by Winvic Construction and designed by The Harris Partnership, this project will run over a 61 week period. The expected completion date for Rushden Lakes Phase 2 is early 2019. You can follow our progress here through the live feed: Winvic Live
