Ocado Retail Customer Fulfilment Centre

APA Facade Systems have just won the contract for the new Ocado Customer Fulfillment centre, a 304 355 sq ft state-of-the-art facility at Segro Logistics Park Purfleet.

This development is the latest in a long list of distribution centres APA worked on with Winvic Construction & Speedclad Ltd, featuring our fenestration systems, including the most recent developments at Meggitt HQ in Antsy Park and Mountpark Bardon in Coventry.

Ocado a joint venture between Ocado Group and Marks & Spencer will feature a 3-storey car park and 3-storey ancillary offices totalling 31,000 sq ft. Winvic are targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating on this project.

Speedclad Ltd and Performance Window Fabrications will be fabricating and installing our TB50 curtain walling system to this Segro project.
