IDA Advanced Technology Building Waterford

The IDA Advanced Technology building in Waterford Business & Technology Park instantly impresses as you enter the building, with a full-height glazed curtain wall entrance at the reception area.

Senator Windows expertly installed APA’s TB50 curtain wall system and ST70 windows and doors to this award-winning, €5.2 million project. Several IDA Advanced Technology buildings around the country feature APA’s window, door and facade systems including our ongoing project at Finiskin, Sligo and Parkmore Industrial Estate in Galway.

This project, completed to LEED Silver standard consisted of a part single-storey, part two-storey office building, designed by Van Dijk Architects to provide high-quality accommodation to Foreign Direct Investment clients.

Recognised for its fantastic design, the IDA building was shortlisted it in two different categories in the 2020 Irish Construction Excellence Awards, winning the Best Industrial project under €10 million.
