IDA Advanced Technology Building Tralee

APA Facade System worked alongside Season Master Double Glazing Ltd on the €2.65m IDA Advanced Technology Building Tralee, Co. Kerry.

This LEED CS certified project was required to achieve an air-tightness of 3m3/m2/Hr. It features our TB50 Curtain Wall in the double-height foyer and ST70 Window and Door systems.

The IDA Advanced Technology Building Tralee was one of the first projects undertaken as part of a major €250 million stimulus plan to boost employment in the regions.

The 2540 m/sq purpose-designed advanced manufacturing facility at Kerry Technology Park is capable of supporting a 100% expansion. It consists of a gross floor area of 2540m/sq to include two-storey office accommodation, car parking, and all associated site works including vehicular access to serve the entire facility.
