IDA Advanced Technology Building, Galway

The IDA Advanced Technology Building is being designed by Fewer Harrington & Partners. It consists of the development of an advanced office unit for IDA Ireland in Parkmore Business & Technology Park. This development provides both office and warehouse facilities and is designed with the potential for future expansion. The unit is designed to LEED accredited standard and to be constructed to a high specification. There is a large emphasis on creating a modern, secure environment.

APA Facade Systems are working on the IDA Advanced Technology Building with Seasonmaster Double Glazing Ltd. Our TB50 SG Facade System, TB SG CFV (Concealed Frame Vents) & ST80 Door Systems are being installed. JJ Rhatigan is the main contractor on this project. On completion, this facility will offer 3,150m² of Grade A office accommodation and open production space.
