Gaelscoil Chill Mhantáin, Rathnew

Gaelscoil Chill Mhantáin’s long search for a permanent home came to an end in November 2020,  when they moved into the brand new, state of the art school in Rathnew, Co Wicklow.

Formerly located on the grounds of the former Abbey Community College in Wicklow town, the new school is now sharing the 2.7-acre site at St Coen’s National School in Rathnew.

The new Gaelscoil Chill Mhantáin campus consists of two and three-storey buildings with sixteen classrooms, ancillary accommodation, ball courts, landscaping and associated site works, all on a sloping restricted site.

Managed by Mythen Construction, Senator Windows installed APA’s TB50 curtain wall system and ST70 windows and doors to this project, designed by Oppermann Associates.
