Blocks 3 & 5 Dublin Landings

LEED Platinum & BREEAM Outstanding Certified

Dublin Landings is a premium, sustainable designed urban quarter by Ballymore & Oxley in the heart of the Dublin Docklands. Building upon the huge success of Royal Wharf, one of London’s largest and fastest-selling mixed-use projects, Ballymore & Oxley joined forces again to deliver Dublin Landings.

Certified to LEED Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding, APA worked alongside Alutec Facades on No.5 Dublin Landings and Zeon Design on bespoke atrium rooflights for blocks 3 & 5.

Atrium Roof Lights Blocks 3 & 5

The bespoke atrium roof lights increase light throughout every floor of blocks 3 and 5. They consist of single-span mullions 7.3 metres long using our structurally glazed TB50 curtain wall system. These bespoke mullions are bonded to 52mm thick, quadruple laminated toughened glass fins, 500mm deep.

Dublin Landings is designed over 1,000,000 sq.ft inclusive of five office blocks, a boutique hotel, 273 apartments, retail and leisure facilities, a gym and the Central Bank Of Ireland.

Massive congratulations to Alutec Facades, Zeon Design, Walls Construction, ARROW Architects, RKD Architects and everyone involved in  Dublin Landings. It is a development to be proud of that has transformed the Dublin Docklands.
