Birch House – Kidbrooke Village

Birch House in Kidbrooke Village won the Premier Guarantee multi-storey development of the year award. This national award, accepted by the main contractor Berkeley Group is a massive success when you consider the complex challenges of building and designing such a scheme.

APA Facade Systems are extremely proud to be involved in this project, we fabricated our TB50 curtain wall system and ST70 windows and doors for the ground floor space which includes high-quality restaurant/retail space that will also activate street frontages and public realm. Stanmore Contracting Ltd installed our fenestration systems to this beautiful development. The design was inspired by the birch trees that line the paths of Kidbrooke Village, Birch House is the centrepiece of the area.
