Stoneybatter Place is the latest sustainably designed student accommodation in Dublin City.

Built to nZEB and BREEAM Very Good standards each of the 142 bedrooms feature our ST70 Hi thermally enhanced window systems. Our TB50 curtain wall system was also installed on this project. All installation works were completed by Ellipsis Aluminium.

Ireland's Green Hospitality Programme

Located on Manor Street in the vibrant, busy Stoneybatter in Dublin 7, this development is in close proximity to TU Dublin Grangegorman, Trinity College and RCSI. Stoneybatter Place features modern en-suite bedrooms, wellness hub, restful lounges and roof terraces with exceptional view.

Mezzino Ireland, who are managing this complex, are currently Ireland’s only student accommodation provider who are committed to Ireland’s Green Hospitality programme.

Developed by Elkstone and Harrison Street, Stoneybatter Place was built by Monami Construction. This is the second project recently completed in this area alongside Ellipsis Aluminium and Monami that features our termally enhanced profiles after easyHotel in the nearby Benburb Street.
