The ST70 HI Casement window system is the newest thermally improved option from APA Façade Systems. It builds on the original ST70 HI design but now uses updated polyamides and foam cores. Because of these upgrades, the system reaches whole-window Uw values as low as 0.98 W/m²K, giving you strong thermal performance.
The system comes in several opening styles. These include top hung, side hung, tilt and turn, and parallel sash. You can choose internal or external beading to match the project. In addition, every style includes multi-point locking, which strengthens security and supports larger sash sizes. This gives designers far more flexibility on complex elevations.
The ST70 HI Casement also offers strong durability. It meets strict BS/EN standards for weather tightness and sound insulation. A UKAS-approved test facility confirmed all performance results. Because of this, the system works well for multi-level residential buildings and commercial projects that need reliable long-term performance.
The system also supports a wide range of glazing options. You can choose double or triple glazing depending on the required thermal performance, acoustic level or design needs. As a result, the ST70 HI Casement is a practical and energy-efficient solution for both new builds and refurbishments.
