Warehouse Unit R is a brand new, state of the art, BREEAM certified warehouse facility in Aerodrome Business Park, Rathcoole.
This Exeter Ireland Property project comprises the construction of one warehouse with ancillary offices and staff facilities.
Our capped TB50 curtain wall system was installed on the southern elevation of the property in the 3 storey ancillary offices and staff facility premises. It also features throughout the warehouse providing a huge amount of natural light. All installation works were completed by Senator Commercial.
The office accommodation and staff facilities extend to just under 2000 sq.m. The warehouse is 16m high with a gross floor area of 22,020 sq.m,
The main contractor on this development was Castlebrowne, who worked alongside the design team to achieve BREEAM certification on this project.
