23 Storey Multi Level Residential Development in Cardiff
APA Facade Systems passive house standard ST90 window system was installed on the £57 Million apartments at the Capital Quarter development in Cardiff. Officially named “The Copper Works” as a tribute to the rich historical copper mining heritage in Wales
Our installation partners Speedclad Ltd fit our new passive house standard window alongside our TB50 curtain wall system to this 27 storey building in the heart of the city. The eco-friendly window is specifically designed to meet the ever-increasing thermal demands of architects, design teams and their clients. It is perfectly suited for high-end multi-level residential projects like The Copper Works building.
.The apartments will play a central role in creating a local focal point within Cardiff’s Capital Quarter Development, delivering high-quality accommodation for the private rented sector. Associated Architects are the company responsible for the beautiful design of this building, managed by Winvic Construction.
