Juliet Balcony System

The Juliet Balcony system is designed for use with our high-performance windows, tilt & turn window/doors and our ST4-600 Lift & Slide. It offers a simple and safe way to add ventilation to upper-floor rooms while keeping a clean and modern appearance.

The system supports widths up to 1800 mm. It includes a clear, heat-strengthened glass panel that provides protection while keeping full visibility to the outside. Because the glass is unobstructed, it works well with floor-to-ceiling windows or doors that need strong fall protection.

You can choose from several glazing options. We recommend heat-strengthened laminated glass for the best safety and durability. The system is available in anodised finishes or in single or dual colours to polyester powder coating standards. These options help you match the balcony to the surrounding façade.

The Juliet Balcony offers a safe way to enjoy more fresh air without reducing natural light or blocking the view. It is a useful solution for buildings where a full balcony is not possible, yet increased ventilation and safety are needed.

This system works especially well in multi-level residential developments such as apartments, student accommodation and mixed-use buildings. Its clean design, strong performance and easy integration make it suitable for a wide range of architectural styles.
