ST70 Hi+ Rebate Door System
Overview
The ST70 HI Rebate Door System is a thermally enhanced aluminium door with a strong treble-chambered polyamide core. We designed the system with insulating foam inserts to help reduce heat loss and achieve whole-door Uw values as low as 1.4 W/m²K. Because it integrates easily with the full ST window range, it suits both new builds and refurbishment projects.
Opening Possibilities
The system offers several threshold options and a wide selection of door styles. You can choose a single or double door, with open-in or open-out operation. In addition, the design can include integrated fanlights and sidelights, giving you more flexibility for different project layouts.
Glazing Options
The ST70 HI Rebate Door supports double or triple glazing, with a glazing range of 28–42 mm. This allows you to achieve strong thermal performance and good acoustic control in both residential and commercial buildings.
Durability
Aluminium is naturally durable, and we strengthen the door even further with cast aluminium corner cleats and in-situ chevrons. These features improve stability and long-term performance. The system meets high British and European test standards and offers a maintenance-free lifespan of up to 30 years.
Sustainability
We manufacture the ST70 HI door using recycled aluminium. This approach supports responsible material use and reduces environmental impact. Recycling aluminium uses up to 95% less energy than primary production, making the system a strong choice for sustainable construction. Many components in our façade and window systems are designed for recycling at end of life.
Security
The ST70 HI Rebate Door includes a multi-point locking system as standard. You can also select Assa Abloy locks when higher security is needed for mechanical or public entrances. The door meets the PAS 24 security standard.
Finish Options
You can order the system fully fabricated or in stock lengths. It is available in single or dual colour and finished to Qualicoat Powder Coat standards. This ensures a long-lasting, high-quality appearance that suits a wide range of building styles.
