ST90 Rebate Door System
Overview
The ST90 Rebate Door System is the most thermally enhanced door in our rebate door range. It follows the same design principles as our ST90 window system and meets the increasing thermal expectations of architects, design teams and clients. Because of its advanced construction, the door delivers whole-door Uw values as low as 1.1 W/m²K.
Thermal Design
We manufacture the ST90 door using insulating foam cores, eco-friendly polyamides and high-quality gaskets. These elements work together to improve energy efficiency and reduce heat loss. The system integrates fully with the ST90 window range. This removes the need for couplers and helps create a clean, unified façade design.
You can choose the door as a single or double unit, with open-in or open-out operation. Fanlights and sidelights are also available when projects need extra light or wider openings.
Glazing Options
The ST90 Rebate Door supports a glazing range of 38–62 mm. This allows the use of double or triple glazing, which improves both thermal and acoustic performance. As a result, the system suits buildings that require high insulation levels or reduced external noise.
Durability
We select materials for the ST90 door with long-term performance in mind. The system uses components that support end-of-life recycling and strong durability. It provides a maintenance-free service life of up to 30 years, making it suitable for demanding commercial, institutional and residential developments.
Sustainability
The door is made from recycled aluminium, which uses up to 95% less energy than primary aluminium production. This significantly reduces environmental impact and supports sustainable project goals. Because of this, the ST90 door is a strong choice for architects who want both performance and environmental responsibility.
Security
The ST90 Rebate Door meets PAS 24 security standards. It includes a multi-point locking system as standard. You can also add Assa Abloy locks when the project requires greater security for public or mechanical entrances.
Finish Options
We can supply the door fully fabricated or in stock lengths to suit your project. It is available in single or dual colour and finished to Qualicoat Powder Coat standards, ensuring a long-lasting and high-quality appearance.
