Overview
The ST90 Rebate Door is one of APA’s highest-performing insulated aluminium doors. It delivers excellent thermal comfort, strong design continuity and long-lasting performance for modern residential homes.
Thermal Performance
The system uses insulating foam cores, eco-friendly polyamides and precision gaskets to reduce heat loss. Because of this, the door can achieve whole-door U-values as low as 1.1 W/m²K. This level of performance helps keep the home warm, reduces energy use and improves comfort throughout the year.
Design Integration
The ST90 Rebate Door works seamlessly with the ST90 Window System. This removes the need for extra couplers or transition profiles. As a result, the home’s façades maintain a clean and continuous appearance.
Design Options
You can configure the ST90 as a single or double door. It is available with open-in or open-out operation. For added flexibility, you can include fanlights or sidelights to raise natural light and create balanced design.
The door supports a glazing range of 38–62 mm, allowing the use of double or triple glazing. This enhances thermal and acoustic performance and helps create a quieter and more comfortable home.
Strength & Durability
The ST90 Rebate Door uses premium-grade aluminium for long-term strength. It provides a maintenance-free lifespan of up to 30 years. Each component supports durability, precise fit and end-of-life recyclability, offering a sustainable and reliable solution for residential homes.
Sustainable Choice
APA manufactures the ST90 using recycled aluminium. This approach uses up to 95% less energy than producing primary aluminium. Because of this, the ST90 is an excellent choice for homeowners who value sustainable and energy-efficient design.
Security & Assurance
The system meets PAS 24 security standards. Every door includes multi-point locking for added safety. You can choose optional Assa Abloy locks when additional protection is required.
Finishes
The ST90 is available in more than 200 RAL colours, including single or dual-colour combinations. All finishes meet Qualicoat Powder Coat standards for long-lasting colour stability and surface protection.
You can order the door fully fabricated for a high-quality factory finish or in stock lengths for tailored installation.
