Overview
The ST70 HI Rebate Door is a modern aluminium system designed for everyday residential living. It combines slim lines, strong insulation and clean styling. As a result, it suits a wide range of home designs, from traditional layouts to contemporary builds.
Thermal Performance
The door can achieve whole-door U-values as low as 1.4 W/m²K. It uses a triple-chamber design, foam-filled cores and low-conductivity polyamides to reduce heat loss. Because of this, the door helps maintain a comfortable indoor temperature throughout the year. It also supports energy-efficient building design.
Flexible Configuration
You can choose the ST70 HI Rebate Door as a single or double door. It is available with open-in or open-out operation. In addition, several threshold options are available to meet accessibility and weather-performance needs.
There is also the option to add fanlights, sidelights and many glazing choices. With glazing from 28–42 mm, the system supports both double and triple glazing. Therefore, you can tailor the door for acoustic control or improved insulation.
Security & Durability
The ST70 HI Rebate Door uses strong aluminium profiles and cast corner cleats to improve stability. The system includes a multi-point locking system as standard and meets PAS 24 security requirements.
For higher security needs, you can select Assa Abloy lock options.
The door is built to last and offers a maintenance-free lifespan of up to 30 years, even in demanding weather conditions.
Sustainable Construction
We manufacture the ST70 HI Rebate Door using recycled aluminium. This reduces energy use by up to 95% compared to primary aluminium. In addition, every component is chosen to support recycling at the end of the building’s life cycle. This approach helps promote more sustainable construction.
Finishes & Fabrication
You can choose single or dual-colour finishes to Qualicoat Powder Coat standards. We can supply the system fully pre-assembled for quick installation or in stock lengths for project-based fabrication.
