It will also feature a further range of exciting leisure activities, an additional 40,000 sq ft of retail space, a garden terrace and additional car parking.<\/p>\n<p>Managed by Winvic Construction and designed by The Harris Partnership, this project will run over a 61 week period. The expected completion date for Rushden Lakes Phase 2 is early 2019.
