Enniscorthy Primary Care Centre
Axis Health Care Assets, part of the Axis Group, and Primary Health Properties PLC (PHP) have invested €12.6m in developing a 50,000 sq. ft Primary Care Centre in Quarry Park, Enniscorthy.
The purpose-built Enniscorthy Primary Care Centre comprises a three-storey primary care centre including; Mill Park Medical Centre, a pharmacy, and an ancillary medical unit. It is the new home for the Health Service Executive and Tusla Child and Family Agency.
Services delivered from the centre by the HSE and Tusla will include physiotherapy; dental; paediatric primary care and disability services; adult mental health services; community nursing and other health services.
Nearly Zero Energy Building
The new centre, designed by Limerick City architectural firm, Quinn Architects, has been built with sustainability at the forefront of design. It meets all the requirements of Near Zero Energy Building (nZEB).
