APA Facade Systems are delighted to be working on the development of The Dean Hotel in Galway City. This building will be built in a number of blocks connected at all floor levels and consist of 114 bedrooms, reception area, lounge area; dining area and two bars.
Construction work on this JJ Rhatigan project is underway with The Dean set to open in late 2020 on the site of the former Shannon Dry Cleaners in Bohermore.

The project is designed by Lawrence & Long Architects, it will take approximately 20 months to complete and will cost over €10 million. Once complete it will have approximately 100 full and part-time staff and will require 60 full-time construction jobs over the course of the build.
