Carlow. It is one of nineteen buildings being set up across the country with the aim of attracting Foreign Direct Investment.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow-2.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow-2.jpg 800w, http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow-2-449x300.jpg 449w, http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow-2-768x513.jpg 768w\" alt=\"IDA Advanced Building Solution - Carlow\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<p>IDA Ireland\u2019s Regional Business Development Manager for the South-East and resident of Carlow town Brendan McDonald said:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe south-east region \u2013 home to 74 multinational companies employing approximately 13,500 people \u2013 has a robust track record in terms of attracting and retaining Foreign Direct Investment. This new facility on the Dublin Road, Rathnapish demonstrates IDA Ireland\u2019s continued commitment to attracting and retaining FDI in regional locations and is one of several IDA Ireland property solutions that have supported the growth of employment and investment to Carlow and the South-East Region.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow.jpg 1200w, http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow-449x300.jpg 449w, http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2021\/11\/IDA-Carlow-768x513.jpg 768w\" alt=\"IDA Advanced Building Solution - Carlow\" width=\"1200\" height=\"801\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Kilcawley Construction delivered this 2,930 m\u00b2 (31,500 sq ft) project to IDA inclusive of 1,537m2 of production space, and 1,157m\u00b2 of office space, arranged over two floors.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seasonmaster.ie\/\">Season Master Double Glazing Ltd<\/a>\u00a0installed our\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/products\/tb50-sg-facade-system\/\">structurally glazed TB50 curtain wall<\/a>\u00a0system with integrated\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/products\/tb50-cfv-sg-concealed-framed-vent\/\">concealed frame vents<\/a>\u00a0to this building.<\/p>\n<p>The design is very similar to the LEED-certified premises in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/portfolio\/ida-advanced-technology-building\/\">Galway<\/a>\u00a0and the ongoing development in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apafacadesystems.com\/staging\/ida-advanced-technology-building-dundalk\/\">Dundalk<\/a>.
