APA\u00a0Facade Systems have been awarded the contract to manufacture our curtain walling, manual and automatic doors and rooflights\u00a0for this new ‘super-site’ at Ansty Park in Coventry.<\/p>\n
Speedclad will be installing APA’s aluminium curtain wall, manual and automatic door systems and our rooflights on this Winvic Construction project at Ansty Park. The new 440,000 sq.ft building will provide manufacturing and office facilities for international aerospace, defence and energy engineering group Meggitt Plc.<\/p>\n
The scheme is the first unit to be built in the 2,000,000 sq.ft industrial park known as Prospero and is one of the largest Midlands industrial lettings in over a decade. This \u00a3130million development will be the base for up to 1000 employees and a hub for R&D and next-generation aerospace innovation.<\/p>\n
The site is being developed by Manse Opus, which has appointed by Rolls-Royce to lead development and regeneration of surplus land owned by the aerospace giant.<\/p>\n
Development of this project began in August 2018 and is expected to be completed by October 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
