BREEAM Certified Warehouse Developments<\/h2>\n

Senator Commercial have just completed works on new warehouse developments at Browns Barn, in the Citywest Business Campus. They installed our TB50 curtain wall system<\/a>, concealed frame vents<\/a> and ST doors<\/a> on two warehouse units and associated ancillary offices.<\/p>\n

Castlebrowne<\/a> were the main contractor for Exeter Ireland Property on this project, and worked closely with Kavanagh Burke Consultant Engineers<\/a> to achieve BREEAM certification.<\/p>\n

The development is conveniently located on the Naas Road within minutes of both the M7 and the M50. Citywest is an established location for warehouse occupiers within close proximity to Citywest Business Campus, Southwest Business Park and Magna Business Park.<\/p>\n

Unit 1 has a gross floor area of 8,156sq.m, including a warehouse area (7,397sq.m), ancillary office areas (362sq.m) and staff facilities (397sq.m)<\/p>\n
